Jaime, the owner and chef will personally prepare your order. It is easy to see that he has many years of experience and that he has mastered the technique by combining the traditional Japanese ingredients with some very local additions. This is truly a creative menu!

Sushi Totemo is located in the interior of the Centro Comercial Uniplaza, located just across the street from the D’Antoni Hospital. You will find it in the second floor, next to the immigration office. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m., on Sundays from lunch from 11:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.
