The annex is located 4 blocks from the original hotel and offers 12 spacious, pleasant rooms. The architecture is reminiscent of the golden banana years in Tela, and is an excellent option for someone looking for a hotel in the city.

The property offers a secure parking area, a nice pool and a pleasant lobby. Rooms all have air-conditioning, hot water and of course a private bathroom. Although more affordable than Cesar Mariscos, you will find the same outstanding service here. You will enjoy the nice views affordable from the terrace and hallways of the property, which include views to the Lancetilla River and the Caribbean Sea.
